Food not so great and a mini menu!

Christmas buffet 2019 The food was good and varied, especially considering the estimated price of 24.50 euros. What makes the joy a bit cloudy is the really great lack of organization. There were only two service staff for a full hall, which led to long waiting times and sometimes even chaos. One was z. B. not received and led to the place (had to look for his table himself), also ordered drinks were simply forgotten. You also had to keep waiting for clean plates at the buffet. By the way - 20 minutes. The men's toilets: Buy suitable paper to dry for the existing dispenser and don't put loose sheets of another type of paper on the wet washstand! Perhaps I would not mention this if I had not experienced the same situation at a company Christmas party two weeks earlier. I don't blame the existing service staff, but I do blame the head of the college. All in all, many small details that spoil the fun - this is unfortunately not good advertising.

The menu is a welded sheet with about 7 dishes very poor! No drinks card, so unfortunately no price overview. The food was unfortunately very carelessly prepared, and you can do it at home just as well. Unfortunately, nothing special to make you come back! First of all the menu looked at their website but unfortunately this is not up to date, much more choice than there are in reality. Addressed supposedly this should be taken out today still the wrong in it.

So I actually give everyone a second chance, but I do not go back to dinner. The meat is true well fried so mean but cold where it is true at the table. That one friend was there for more than through. Since you had to take a lot of time while chewing. And the sauce with my wife and my friend is not what it should be. And of the bill, I'm not even talking. P. S is unfortunately no star so I have to take one.

Since the last visits to the Ratskeller were no longer to our satisfaction, we read with interest, that there is another menu. Unfortunately, nothing indicated the operator. Is it a new one or are it still the old one? Thanks to the internet, we read that today, on the 2nd of Advent, the Ratskeller opens at 12:00. So full of anticipation there. Nope. To welcome at 12:05 clock lay in front of the front door, the broken pieces of a beer bottle. Likewise stood on the windowsill a lonely bottle around. Not a good impression. But the hell was, the restaurant was not open. Not even 30 minutes later after we finished our early walk. Dear operator, what do you think about simply being customer-oriented? If you want to be open at 12:00, do it, anyway, I have to be on time for my job. The subject Ratskeller is certainly done for us. Is it so hard to run a restaurant professionally ????? Keep up the good work and then it's time for a clientele. Then you can open and close when you want.

The prices in the Raths cellar seem a bit higher at first, but if you think about everything there is ... they are fine again. The map is quite clear but there is something for everyone. Unfortunately, some vegetarian dishes are missing on the menu, but they are still offered. In addition to the main dishes, salad, zaziki and gratinated potatoes are served. All in all, I was very happy with the visit and would come again. We were not disappointed on the second visit either!
